We know that remodeling your home can be a daunting task and we are here to help walk you through it. You may be working with a Designer or you may be “designing” the space yourself.  Either way, we are happy to start your project when you need us.   

 
 

How We Work

This is the process we use for each and every client. But, as every build is unique, this is just a guideline. Details will be discussed in person. 

 

01. Consultation

We start with the complimentary project consultation.  We will come to your home or build site to discuss the scope of your project and any ideas you may have.  We will review any construction documents, identify any potential long-lead items and brainstorm ways to help you stay within your budget    

We then create a detailed and accurate bid for your project based on qualified and experienced sub-contractors and craftsmen.  Rest assured, we never under bid or hide extra costs.  We don’t believe in coming back to you to ask for extra money half-way through the project. We would rather over bid and surprise you with money back then surprise you with an extra invoice in the end.

02. Project Begins

Before your project starts, you will receive a custom welcome guide with contact information, project preparation tips and a general timeline for your project.  When work begins, we will be right there with you throughout the entire process to ensure all work is performed to our high standards.  We expect nothing but the best from our sub-contractors regarding quality of work, job site cleanliness and safety.

You will receive regular project updates and when we are not physically on-site, we are just a phone call or email away.

03. Project Completed

As your project begins to wrap up, we start a punch list of any possible items that need to be addressed.  Did we miss a spot of paint or is something not quite working right?  No problem!  We will address any and all concerns and we will fix them.  Our goal is not to acquire new clients but to acquire new lifetime clients.  And we do not consider the job complete until you are completely satisfied.

With that in mind – we complete your project on time, within budget and just the way you envisioned it.
